- As an independent distributor of Elite Ventures Global, I understand and agree to the followings: I hereby apply for an Elite Ventures Global distributorship. I am of legal age (18) as I enter into this agreement.
- As long as I am a distributor of Elite Ventures Global, I agree to comply with the business program, policies, procedures, Code of Ethics, requirements, and standards as established and as may be amended from time to time by Elite Ventures Global.
- As a member of Elite Ventures Global, the company has the right to take action and terminate any member who manipulates the system for personal benefit (e.g., registering inactive family or friends under their group without involvement).
- Any member using another person’s details, deceitful ID numbers, or unauthorized bank accounts is committing fraud; Elite Ventures Global has the right to terminate such member accounts.
- I will file all returns and reports required by the Inland Revenue Department of my country and pay all taxes arising from my activities as a distributor.
- I will not use the Elite Ventures Global trade name, trademark, or service mark in any advertising without prior written approval of Elite Ventures Global.
- I understand that with product purchase I automatically qualify to become an Elite Ventures Global distributor and I will not make any statement to the contrary to any prospective distributor.
- I will not state, infer, or represent to any prospective distributor that any specific network organization may be built or that any specific level of income may be earned or anticipated.
- I will not sell or promote any products other than those supplied by Elite Ventures Global Ltd., nor change any product content or packaging without written instructions from Elite Ventures Global Ltd.
- All products purchased or sold by me are subject to the warranties, disclaimers, and procedures applicable at the time of purchase.
- I will encourage other distributors to abide by company policy and will not promote unnecessary purchases leading to large static inventory.
- Elite Ventures Global may take appropriate action on my distributorship if I breach any terms or engage in conduct that may bring disrepute to the company or violate any law or company policy.
- I shall be actively involved in managing my direct and indirect distributors under my lineage, and devote time, energy, and financial assistance to expand my network.
- Elite Ventures Global is entitled to deduct my income if I am not actively involved in growth activities for my network, marketing strategies, training, or other support extended on my behalf.
- If I intentionally or unintentionally defame or make slanderous remarks against the leadership of Elite Ventures Global without facts, and evidence confirms wrongdoing, the company may terminate my distributorship without further reference.
- I will not hold Elite Ventures Global responsible or liable for my actions in breach of these terms.
